To me the question is about the same as asking a stranger how much they make.

In fact, it is my motto, personality, and intent to earn gains for family and friends over strangers.

I have also found a high level of interest from just talking to people ( whom I know, and/or complete strangers), When I get to talking about REI people just seem to want to know more and more.

I would deed it to a family member for nothing before I deeded it to a stranger for 5k.I don't want to give the house away but I don't really want to be involved anymore.
