Direct Mail To Find Private Investors?

Hey everyone,

I was on a mailer site today (listsource.com) and they have a section to help you find leads to mail to for private money lenders.

Have any of you ever done these types of mailers before to find private money? If so have you had any success and what did your letters look like?
