Back when I first started in 2018 there would be properties under 50K they’d be interested in.

Measure the right stuff - novices start by measuring success based on impressions, CTR etc., Those don't equal business results as Google Ads is ideal for lead generation.

We intend to hold the property in our name for at least 12 months before starting construction. 

But if you have assets or income, you might end up $36k worse than you were before you started.
