Would recommend finding at least 100 properties for your first batch, should be able to get a deal or at least learn a lot while only having to pay for gas and stamps.

But I have the whole jacket done and stamped, so its just a matter of what they ask us to take out/what they want to see, and how much it will cost to put it all back together.

But not being a lawyer, if I ever do end up in court, I'll feel much better knowing I've got a local attorney stamp of approval on my highly customized lease.

Food stamps the same way.

We usually have to file the stamped drawings to the Bldg Inspector 1st.

Don't they need to be stamped by an architect? 

For now, still learning......I don't put the stamps on the envelopes, just the address and the month so there is no confusion for the tenants.Thanks for the response.

If your area requires that buyers pay transfer stamps, you will also have to pay for your appraisal, inspection fees, homeowners insurance policy, etc...
