@Victor Funes…we continue work year round here in Buffalo and there are a few things you should think about.

Multiple points of entry in a busy centrally located area, the new Buckhead plaza is rounding out construction, great amenities, opportunity to rent out and achieve great rents, very secure as well.

Kenya has moderate tropical climate from the highlands to the beaches all the year round.

I am buying 3 properties in Round rock/Cedar park area, aim is to do STR20 percent for management fees seem outrageous, I work from home, so I can handle most of price setting/communication/furnishing etc.

We should be able to lock in your winter rate all your round.

Based on your new round of unhelpful and unwanted questions, I'll simply say if needed assistance in how to close a deal, could have shown humility and asked, nicely. 

Even someone is coming from 500 miles away 1000 miles round trip in a car getting 25 mpg is only 40 gallons, so even $1 more per gallon is negligible. 

Year-round rentals in the Lake Region of NH make much more sense (than STR), along with limited development and fix-flips in my opinion (which is still going well I think). 

Until then we have 5 mountainous acres in the woods on a well with plenty of wild game and a year round creek.
