STR property managers
I am buying 3 properties in Round rock/Cedar park area, aim is to do STR
20 percent for management fees seem outrageous, I work from home, so I can handle most of price setting/communication/furnishing etc. Just need someone to do running around in odd case when cleaners are late/guest complaints
If I have 5-6 properties, it might be cheaper to hire a student/recent grad as full time employee of my LLC
Thoughts?
