Any condo buildings in Atlanta to either avoid or target?
Hello All,
Looking to purchase a condo in the Atlanta area. Targeting the midtown, O4W, or west midtown areas. There are a to available in my price range of 250k-350k. I am new to this and it will be my first purchase. Any buildings to specifically target in that area? More generally, how much does the building play into the appreciation of the condo? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
