Be clear with your mission to yourself (have a written mission statement), your listeners and your guests.   

We cant have the largest economy shut down for this many months, a president on a hell bent mission to raise the price of energy via taxation and outlawing the production of certain vehicles and create a whole BS climate industry built around smoke and mirrors. 

Also focus on what you want in their personalityand mission of their company.

Plus by the time he builds them out you can do stick built cheaper his mission is save the world by recycling..

Each person has a specific purpose and does it very well for the overall mission. 

Landlords looking to the government to pay a deadbeat tenants rent is a fool's mission in my view.

If you haven't yet done your first deal, don't give up...get really clear on your "WHY" - your purpose or mission. 

Only time will tell, but my recommendation is don't fight the FED and if they are on a mission to break inflation they will do it all costs.
