Not sure anyone can really tell you in DFW what the best mid-term market is.I would think in medical district would be one.....the other near Baylor....think about people with longer term stays like transplants....that can generate 1-2-3 month family stays or longer.....so that's going to be UTSW and Baylor.

I live rent free with parents still thankfully, but right now I'm just struggling as to what to do.

Instead, set one specific, modest daily discipline - 10 minutes of meditation, 30 minutes of writing, talking to one agent per week, going to one live real estate event in my area this month, joining one networking group whatever it is.

Reno is still experiencing a housing shortage with all the new jobs coming (see TRID), and due to tax incentives and Covid-related reasons drawing transplants to NV.  

I've heard horror stories about courts allowing tenants to live rent-free for 12-18 months before completing evictions. 2.
