Career and Real Estate Advice!

Andrew Burgess
Posted

Hi I'm Andrew. I'm 19, just graduated Highschool last year. I have a great ambition to become successful. With that being said I'm very overwhelmed as to how to go about it. As of now, I'm not attending college, but I do have two free years to use if needed at a local technical college, I am working construction doing flooring installation while I run a mobile car detailing business on the side. I just started not long ago and business has kept me busy until recently. I want to get into real estate investing soon, and get my first property by 21. I live rent free with parents still thankfully, but right now I'm just struggling as to what to do. Do I stick with my business? Do I go to school? Do I stay at my job and save money? I have read up on BRRR and house hacking, as something to do when I move out. But I'm so unsure of it right now. Stress builds everyday from the fear of not being successful. I would just like some tips and advice as to what to do. Thank you BP!
