New To Real Estate Investing

Posted

Hello to all,

My name is Michael, I’m 25 years old, married and have a daughter. Although I started my life a little early, my family pushes me to becoming the best version of myself. I always talked to my wife how I want to invest in real estate just like my father did. We currently live rent free ( Father’s Apartment ) and are currently saving for our first property. I love the idea of buying an older home, fixing it up, and selling it for a profit. I’m a blue collar guy, so I’m not afraid to get my hands dirty in the process. I have contractors in my family as well. I’m currently reading the book “How To Invest In Real Estate” again, completely new to all this. Are there any tips that I could benefit from? How to obtain capital to get started? Any books I should read to learn more? Again, any advice I would completely appreciate it.

Thank You
