That being said, if a cat does spray or pee somewhere in the house I've been told there is no way to get rid of the smell.

Well, lawyers like to spend Your money, fighting a likely unwinnable battle.  

I always thought finding funding was the hardest part, but I am now finding (after locating a private investor and becoming partners with him) that finding the DEAL is really the up hill battle...  

Basically I'm at the point where I have to engage in action instead of constantly preparing for battle if that makes sense. 

That was not a smell you EVER get out of your nostrils.

You don't have to sneak over at night to see where the pot smell or noise complaint is coming from, etc.
