Mine says batched I'm not sure what that means

I recently started getting numbers from Batch Dialer that are immediately flagged as spam on my very first call by calling colleagues phones or even testing it out by calling my own cell phone number.

You could probably boot-strap a marketing campaign and do a test batch of about ~100-200 mailings to test the market.

You can submit small or batch lists of address with owners. 

I tried batch skip tracing but for some reason it would not let me submit the list eventhough it’s the right format, also can I get a probate list from the court house in texas?

It's still a numbers' game that will dole out more duds than studs, but all you typically need is one or two studs out of every batch of leads for it to all be worth it.

I also agree that working with a top-notch agent that has a batch of potential buyers is a good idea for land.

I'd recommend just randomly grabbing a batch of them from the library and reading away.

I've also had one batch of hearings go poorly where the Board refused to grant any reduction even though the properties were dramatically overvalued by any reasonable evaluation. 

I would mail to the first batch of people who's descendants passed at least 2-3 months ago and then once you flip or have money again mail the ones who passed in 4-5 months ago and finally mail the 2014 December desendants.
