How to cold call potential sellers

Josh Berlin
Posted

Hello!

What is the best way to find the phone number to the owner of a property you are interested in buying? I have some properties I've looked up the owners to on the tax assessor’s webpage, but curious if there are best practices for finding phone numbers associated with owner’s name or mailing address. Thanks for your time!

@Josh Berlin, Find a company that identifies the most recently registered number to that individual, along with ranked landline and wireless numbers, and email addresses. You can submit small or batch lists of address with owners. Flexible pricing options are key, especially when you are just starting out. Let me know if you need more information about skip tracing or a referral link.
