What is the best way to find the phone number to the owner of a property you are interested in buying? I have some properties I've looked up the owners to on the tax assessor’s webpage, but curious if there are best practices for finding phone numbers associated with owner’s name or mailing address. @Josh Berlin, Find a company that identifies the most recently registered number to that individual, along with ranked landline and wireless numbers, and email addresses.
