What about if I am using someone elses RRSP money though?

Hey guys I am using this agency to get me 0% interest from credit cards.

That being said I am using that income as seed money to pursue a 5-7 plan to financial freedom, more time with my family, and more time to invest in things I long to do.

One of the reasons I ask is that I am using an agent to make offers for me of course they are usually 80% of the list price on properties that need minimum repairs and lower for properties that need more.

It's traditionally a rougher area, but the Forum has been revitalized in recent years as a music venue and there are approved plans for an NFL stadium and complex there.  

Any suggestions with working with contractors as far as negotiating and leveraging the fact that I am using hard money? 

Hi J,I am using Quickbooks pro as well for my business on the Mac.

I am using my license to hopefully find some great properties for myself and I hope to help others in their home search too.

Had to do a lot of research.Now I am jumping in real estate, going for that multiple streams of income, I'll probably make a lot of stupid errors, hope some of you find it amusing, but just want to help others. 

Get help on the being a landlord though, it is hell in California from what I am used to, but there are many doing it.
