Thanks Rob and Jonna for your valuable info concerning inspection addendums. I am wondering if anyone has flipped a property using the ugly house people as investors? I talked to a contact here in the twin cities and they seemed motivated and also stated that they don't care how much I make on a deal as long as their numbers match. One of the reasons I ask is that I am using an agent to make offers for me of course they are usually 80% of the list price on properties that need minimum repairs and lower for properties that need more. Has anyone made money on a flip with them? They said they work with investors all the time. Maybe I answered my own question.
