Pittsburgh certainly is a city on the rise due in part to the technology boom in our area, a strong established healthcare system, A Mayor and our County Executive who are very proactive on their initiatives that are attracting big businesses, a strong recovering economy and the continuation of new construction. 

With our applicant, he lied about working, lied about his past (how do you leave out possibly murdering someone!?)

The numbers don't lie. 

They are probably lying. 

If you want a spin off- buy, lie, and die!

BM is out too.As soon as someone starts lying to me and being difficult, I'm looking for an opportunity to get rid of them.

I don't want to do anything that will get me sued or lose my license. follow your moral compass.. if you think basically lieing to a client is OK  then that's were your moral compass is pointing to. .. 

The answer to your question really lies more with your "team" than anything else.

I can say the $/sqft for construction costs is what I've heard from multiple people who have no interest in lying to me (My cousin who is an architect for a large firm in StL, a developer I know, etc). 

They have worked for me in the past with technology as I worked in the Silicon Valley my whole career before Real Estate.
