Training that leads to more training?

If you're inclined to do it yourself, you will likely need to train them to do what you want.

Maybe train them and get habit of doing that regardless of their reason and if they continue paying late I probably do the 60 day to retake possession ending the lease( month to month)?

And that will train in a different Then the chipotle down the street or the laundromat in Fairfax.

The house is a knock down on .3 acres in a prime location (12 min walk to NYC train) where a 4BR/3BA new construction will have an ARV of $950-975K (I have a modular builder to partner with).  

I am looking to work with someone who has already done rehabs and who is willing to guide and train or partner for the project

You will be working for your broker not by yourself and the broker is responsible for your mistakes (honest and intentional).Your broker is supposed to train you properly to avoid these mistakes.

My military training timeline would be an additional consideration when trying to run the project ourselves / with our parents.Any wholesalers out there!?
