The house rules and vibe you create within your house hack is up to you by recruiting likeminded housemates willing to share in the cooking, cleaning and projects you wish to engage in.

To give you guys an update..I spoke with a recruiter from FB about a position with the organization and what I learned was this:1- FB just does education on residential investing2- I knew more about it than the recruiter 3- The position was not to educate others but to sell their products4- The recruiter did not care if I knew anything about investing in real estateTurned down further communication

I was helped in the very beginning by a Realtor/Broker that tried to recruit me into real estate, turned out he turned me toward insurance because I'd have a pay check starting out.

Ex: Listing/buying my own property- Any bonus programs for exceeding goals, recruiting other agents, etc.?

They are actually about an hour and a half from me, but actively reach out to investors to recruit them and keep the loans in house. 

The whole premise is to separate you from your money with the idea that you can make it back by recruiting others.
