I'm also a former property manager & realtor but have worked for the last 15 years as a Tennis Pro (my passion)!   

I am going to adapt to the current market by acting on deal immediately and I mean with in hours, this is where my passion with my team will pay off .

I am just so passionate about it that I want to talk to whoever asks.

I am very good at managing people and getting things done on time and within budget, and I am very passionate not only about real estate investing, but also the construction side of the business. 

I have found this same thought process in real estate is also a real passion of mine.

This was before I knew about bigger pockets so I had just the passion to do it and HGTV/ DIY shows that we watched over and over.

I am currently an undergraduate student at UCSB with a genuine passion for entrepreneurship and aspiration to become a successful real estate investor.
