General Contractor Looking For Rehab Investors-Chicago/NW Indiana
Hello BP Community,
I am looking to grow my contracting business and want to meet rehab investors in the Chicago and Northwest Indiana markets. I am currently a unlicensed general contractor, but am in the process of getting that finalized very soon. I have been doing plumbing contractor work in my family plumbing business since I was a child, and I have owned and operated a landscaping business for over 5yrs. I am very experienced in project management roles, and I am very dedicated to producing positive results. I am at the point where I have assembled a team of contractors that do professional work, and I want to bring them more business. We can handle jobs ranging from the roof of property down to the foundation-everything in between, and going outside to the landscaping. I am very good at managing people and getting things done on time and within budget, and I am very passionate not only about real estate investing, but also the construction side of the business. I work primarily on the south side of the city, but we can do work throughout the city and also the northwest Indiana area, (travel will depend on the size of the job). My goal on every project is to provide the client with a "stress-free" rehab process. I am very diligent when it comes to communicating with the client, whether the news is good or bad, and I interact with the client in a efficient way so they don't have to worry themselves with having to "micro-manage" a bunch of contractors on a project. I have been around contractors my whole life, and have been on numerous job sites/rehabs, so I have developed a very keen sense of locating very professional contractors, and knowing which contractors to stay away from. My reputation is very important to me, especially given the fact that I have been in small business for over 5yrs, and I understand the value in keeping a pristine reputation. If you are interested in giving my company the chance to work with you feel free to reach out. We can take the relationship slow in the beginning doing smaller projects so you can get a feel for how we do business, and we can gradually grow our relationship as we go. I am in this for the long haul, so building lasting relationships is very important to me. Send me a message if you want to discuss ways in which we can work together. Look forward to hearing from you. Thanks
