Would you recommend that I go to park office's in person to inquire as to homes that are for sale, or could I do it by phone?

Mine are not, so when I've inquired about getting a line of credit against my rental properties secured in second position, my best responses to date are when they say NO before starting to laugh, as it is annoying when I must wait for them to stop laughing hysterically before being told NO.

I know I am on some kind of free email from them that will give info like there are 7 sales in Kansas this month, but that doesn't tell you much...so I'm guessing for a fee they will in turn tell you which cities or counties or school districts or taxing entity is having the sale.Your local sales are probably what you want in reality...call or better yet GO to your tax office or appraisal district and inquire.
