A calendar that shows auction days?

So I m new. Trying to find out if there is a site or software, paid or free that shows which auctions are coming up per state, per county for the whole country.

@Jean Robert S.   I would focus on your county first...or the ones that surround you.

Tax Sale Resources might have some information that you're looking for if you really want nationwide info.  Not sure how good it is or not or if it is free or not.  I know I am on some kind of free email from them that will give info like there are 7 sales in Kansas this month, but that doesn't tell you much...so I'm guessing for a fee they will in turn tell you which cities or counties or school districts or taxing entity is having the sale.

Your local sales are probably what you want in reality...call or better yet GO to your tax office or appraisal district and inquire.  They should give you all the info on where to go, how to bid, etc.   If your local jurisdiction only has 1x a year and you just missed it, try the surrounding counties.

I am not aware of one for the entire country. Also remember some states are non judicial and some are judicial so some are done by trustees and others by sheriff or court.

In California yes.  Most auctions are going through auction. com and they have a good calendar.

The other site I use is a foreclosure website, its nationwide, I pay for just one county for the auction data and their calendar is superb.. you can pay extra for more counties but it starts to get a bit pricey.

In Texas auctions happen the first Tuesday of every month. Each county has their own auction and lists come out weekly up until the last week of auction date.

@Ned Carey No, my friend. The goal is not to be an expert in all 3000 counties. I look at them as a distressed property list. ;)

@Jean Robert S. well first of all what kind of auction are you referring too?  There are companies that claim they have all the tax sale auctions available but I doubt it is true. There are just to many counties across the country and they are often changing their auctions sites and formats.

But why would you want that? There is no way you can be an expert in tax sale for the entire country. Even if you know the state rules and how the auctions are conducted, how are you going to learn that many markets to bid? Tax sale is very risky and full of hidden costs and risks.
