My daughter has trouble living with anyone, even best friends -- so if you get upset at someone leaving a coffee cup on the counter or clothes in the dryer, bringing other friends in the house, etc., then maybe find an alternative to renting out a room.

agree with what others have said but would like to add it may also be a ventilation issue as opposed to a leak/water issue.I have very poor ventilation in my garage and as a result of the hot humid/damp days I have seen some mold forming on the block wall inside my garage as well as the sheetrocked ceiling.

If you have high bills then you need to cut things out cable, fancy clothes, toys, etc.Go down to the bare bones and live well below your means and then as you experience success start adding things back in slowly but still live a modest lifestyle compared to your income and invest the rest.The goal is to eventually have so much money then you live a very nice lifestyle but it still only represents a fraction of your wealth and each year it grows bigger and bigger.Most just spend all the money they make and have hardly anything to show for it.

I doubt it.I'm not for banning guns, I'm for redoing many of the laws, could make things easier while we were at it, requiring owners to be very responsible, the owners can take many out of unauthorized hands if they'd decide they didn't need to hang them in pickup windows and lay them around like dirty clothes, as some do.BTW, Bryan, I see you claimed you were not a gun nut, hope you didn't take anything I said as being directed to you, I picked on Texas as it's a big gun loving state....not about you.
