I can't speak for everyone in California but for me, and my portfolio, assuming they are public foreclosure auctions set by the trustee of the defaulted loan, they are going to be held in the geographical area of the property's closest courthouse.

You really just want to know that the buyers can actually afford the payments and will actually make them.As far as banks lending on it, I would find the credit unions and regional banks physically closest to the property.

This area doesn't support the size of the property, therefor, you're lumped in with the properties closest top it...which are in the +/-2600 SF range...renting at $1750.This is a very common problem, due to a lack of understanding of how to do Market Analysis.
