I live in the Kankakee area and own rentals in Bradley which borders it.  

So for example, if you put a property under contract at $5k, and you find an end buyer and you want to make $2k profit, the end buyer would pay $7k at closing, $2k of which goes to you (assignment fee), $5k of which goes to the seller.At closing, all of this will be displayed on the HUD-1 statement.

It has custom views you can display in your inbox, date fields with date pickers....you set the boxes up any way you like.

The fact that I live here however makes it very easy control the quality of borders as well as the amount of chaos Ill put up with.

I would think on displaying location of a real estate agents for a small fee when user is zooming around the agent area.Keep the hard work, the world of geo-information is crowded; I think you need to provide more value to a small niche of customers so they cannot live without your tool.Regards!!!
