Does the assignment of contract state the total price the end cash buyer pays?
I have noticed the on the S and P agreement with the seller and the wholesaler (me) states the price the seller will be paid for their property, as well as a earnest money deposit. However, the assignment agreement states only the assignment fee. Would this entitle the end cash buyer to only pay the assignment fee? aslo, how does the earnest money deposit work with the seller?
