For example:  Hand out 20 business cards a day, knock on 20 doors a day, make 10 cold calls a day.  

Think of it this way, would you randomly hand out money to pet owners walking down the street who see like nice folks.

Where I am, a commercial building can't even be painted without the city having it's hand out!
