I have stumbled across a place a guy is selling it is B2 zoned, 5 units for 200K, residental rents should pull about 500 ish per unit, what are the oppourtunites for utalizing the comercial side of this?

There's more to working deals than just stumbling upon a property and reverse engineering title and probate.I sincerely wish you luck as you will need help along the way from others who have walked the walk before you.

Then gets an excited e mail from them about how they stumbled on to this FSBO and they are all excited and "you my agent should be so happy for us" and really not catching a clue that this is devastating to the RE agent who spent all this time and did not get paid.. the first time buyer is clueless many times.

@Jered Sturm I stumbled across this realization myself about two years ago.

I became interested in real estate investing in June of this year and stumbled across the BP podcast on YouTube.

I stumbled on BP about 5 months ago and have been soaking up as much information as possible.

I can't recommend these meetings enough as opportunities to broaden knowledge and stumble upon opportunities that weren't anywhere on your radar.
