Use that energy to soak up knowledge and meet people.

I am trying to be a sponge and just soak it all up.

I am currently a full time engineering student in the area and have been lurking around on BP for over a year now just soaking up as much info as I can through these forums, ebook resources and podcasts.

I am also new, and  wanting to soak up as much as I can and at the same time, adding value to someone else if I can. 

We kept it & turned it into rental when we bought our bigger home, now that little seed we planted is growing into our next business venture.

'In every adverse event can be found the seed of a greater benefit'.

I just want to soak in as much as I can.

Realtor fees soaked up a lot of the profit on this deal but the big regret is that I should have become a landlord and found tenants for this property.

I'm in Ohio so unfortunately, we can't do anything yet except watch our seeds grow in anticipation of planting but in Georgia, you may have some options.
