Hello everyone! I'm Josh and I'm currently living in sunny South Florida, but I'm originally from Brooklyn, New York. I'm currently a senior in college majoring in business management and am looking at a graduation date of winter 2017. While going to school, I am also working full time. I don't have any experience in real estate at all. I've read a couple books and watched a plethora of YouTube videos on real estate investing. I've always been interested in real estate so I decided one day to try to learn as much as I can about the subject. I would love to make some real money and gain financial freedom. Maybe one day I'll be blessed enough to make millions who knows. Right now, I just want to learn as much as I can from people who are actually in the field making things happen.
