Currently thinking of deanwood, river terrace, randall heights, marshall heights and congress heights.

Investing is fun and profitable when you enough RICE to start.  

Lookout, Indian Hill, Terrace Park, and Oakley... but there are so many micro-markets in Cincy, I don't know if you can just blanketly say that all of any of the communities I referenced above are B class... because there are parts of each of those neighborhoods that are closer to A class, as well as parts that are closer to C class.

I think Seneca and other Stoics should be required reading for investors on BP.For instance, a weekend a month (1-2 days) just wearing the same t-shirt and jeans, eating rice and beans for every meal, and not using a cell phone, while repeating to yourself "is this the life I have so feared?".

@Thomas Connors I'd take @Khouri Rice 's recommendation over any websites.I used to use Tiger until they F'ed one of my Buyers.

Hi @Rosalynn Rice , I am not currently a member of Lifestyles Unlimited but have attended several of their events.

I wanted to formally introduce myself as Marc Rice to the community here. 

In particular, one by Patrick Rice on IRA investing, is, I believe, very wrong.
