Brick 4 story 8 unit on north shore of Massachusetts - need a good inspector

Greetings!

My first post at Bigger Pockets --

Thanks to Bigger Pockets, the podcasts, REIA's, meetups, books -- I have an made an offer that has been accepted. Hoping it is the first of many transactions. (please don't make me go back to my day job in a cube! LOL)

I am looking for a good building inspector for a brick 4 story 8 unit on the north shore of Massachusetts. I may keep as a light-rehab buy-and-hold, or I may do a gut rehab and redo as sale of nice condos possibly with a roof deck looking at the nearby water.

Anyone have any good building inspectors they would like to recommend?
