If the wholesaler can negotiate a deal so good on a listed property that he or she can resell it to an investor at a price that makes sense for the investor, then why not?

Landbanks are more or less where municipalities go in and take properties from negligent/bad landlords who leave properties un-kept for years, take them , mow the grass and re-sell them to people who will take care of them, otherwise they get torn down.

I do understand that if I were to resell when the tenants are in place I would need to transfer the money, but I have some small maintenance items I want to address this month and instead of borrowing the money from my bank to make repairs can I use the last month rent money.
