When you do online classes I don’t think it generally matters how long you take since you are able to go at your own speed.

I think the speed at which you grow is probably the largest.

We have a great appliance repair guy on speed dial but most of the time it's Repair clinic & the respective video.

And I completely agree with your sentiment on hiring professionals to not speed up the process but free you to concentrate on managing the investing side of the business!

Use their crew with total control of the work flow and the speed at which it gets done.   

It can take longer for a sec 8 tenant to move in as you are working at the speed of a government program and an inspection has to happen. 

The latter I feel like I would be paying them to catch them up to speed on things I already know and for them to educate themselves on the bill and current situations in the ever changing landscape.
