Investment Info:
Single-family residence buy & hold investment.
3/1 Brick home - required a gut of the kitchen and Bath. Upgraded the electricity to 200 AMPs and also upgraded some water systems within the home. We fought through COVID, permits, and the high demand for contractors. My team is a group of all-stars who worked tirelessly to complete the project. MLS - having cash to buy make a difference. I was stern once we had gone back and forth 1 time. i got my second price offered.

Remodel was more then anticipated - rent estimates are not higher then originally anticipated.
