Moving from CA to JAX - RE License question

Hi there!

My family and I are looking to relocate to JAX beach and buy a live-in flip. I have my RE license here in CA and will be getting mine for FL. I am curious to which online courses people have used and how long they usually take to complete. Ours here in CA can take about 6 weeks and you're ready to take the test.

Thanks in advance!

P.S. If you know of any fixers in JAX beach, Atlantic or Neptune area coming to market let me know! :)

The process takes as long or as short as you make it.  I took the 63 hour initial course and the 45 post licensing course online and finished it in a few hours.  Apparently there's no requirement you actually take 45 hrs to complete the course.  The rest of the paperwork is fairly easy to complete.
