Really depends how long it’s been sitting.At my last turnover we listed 100 bucks higher the previous rent and had it rented in 3 days of posting photos (3 weeks total, but most of that was without photos due to work being done).

If you are not using it, there is no interest, thought there is usually a nominal yearly maintenance fee.A HELOC would allow you to pay cash for a property, just like a HEL.

Through my W2 employer I've learned how to take 360-degree photos and stitch them together into a virtual tour where you can then go online and "walk" through the house.I'm now trying to decide if it would be worth it to purchase the license for the software and camera for my personal use and begin offering this service to other realtors and investors, and do it for my own properties.

He told us because the previous inspector took photos of the house so he needs to stop working and keep things the same before the next inspection, which we find hard to believe.
