Is it mostly sphere of influence?

Oz seems to be the oldest but I’ve seen la plant near the top of some lists also. 

@Chase Banta the gain the GP would make should be consider investment gains so I think you should be able to invest it into an OZ.

Being a new agent is hard and much harder now that real estate teams have taken over (your best bet is to join an established team at a brokerage) so you need to get the training to know how it really works, how to work your sphere, where to find leads, how to really show houses, etc.

Hi All,I'm currently pressed for time between work and trying to grow a rental portfolio and I wanted to put a question out into the wholesaler-sphere in the BR area.

Now I have less than a week to move my 2019 capital gains into an existing OZ fund.

Rodrigues let me know if i'm serving too far into the lender sphere here but maybe, just maybe, if the funds were "gifted" to a family member and then "gifted" to the buyer it could work. 

My clients hire ME as most of my business come from past client referrals or my personal relationships with my sphere.
