Once I pass the exam.. Then what?

Hey guys!

So i finished the course for becoming a licensed MLO, but now it’s time to sit for the final exam. While I am not worried of passing it, I am curious to hear from both Vets and newer guys.. how was the first 30, 60, and 90 days for you? What things did you have to overcome to get consistent in the industry? Is there anything you wish you did differently when starting that would have propelled you further, faster?

Im new to Boston or just the north as a whole so connections are definitely not there.. anyone open to mentoring or guiding me to the best REIAs?

thank you all in advance!
