I’ve been wholesaling since 19 and Ididn’t come from a family of wealth, so the capital I do Have os from the wholesaling and a recent flip I finally Closed on. My questions for BP is how do you find partners that will come In with you on a deal? Like what do the verbiage look like? Again, I am a wholesaler so it’s easy for me to run numbers correctly while also making a good profit. I would Love to start new builds but because I dont Have experience a lot of lenders are saying some one has to be brung in on my llc and I dont Know anyone. If you want to partner with me I’d love that so that we can make money together. Or even if it’s me tagging along your current projects. I just Want to be able to make it out here as an investor.

Start with your immediate sphere of influence and people you already have a relationship with. Who are you wholesaling properties to? Why not have a coffee or meeting with them and talk about their business model and funding sources? Maybe find out if they'd be open to partnering.
