Get your RE license, grind away for a couple of years, build up your knowledge and get after it.

While the construction noise may not be the fault of the condo owner, it is clear that the tenant's peaceful quiet enjoyment of the premises is interfered with significantly.

That there are detractors against note investing who either have an axe to grind or an ulterior motive for railing on them...That borrowers will do the logical, best for them solution. :)

I won't let that deter me and for this reason I know I will have to grind hard and find creative ways to find deals.I plan on driving more through the neighborhoods to see what is around, find vacant / homes for sale and hopefully getting some "hands-on" experience.

I rent condos and to be honest on the few times I have had to go to the property manager with noise complaints they have not enforced the rules with great enthusiasm.

That creates a lot of noise and makes the signal-to-noise ratio all out of whack.I define a bubble as "something where assets have prices that cannot be justified with any reasonable assumption."
