CE is your annual continued education that consists of two 4 hour classes per year (when I was a new licensee, they didn't require us to take CE until 1 year after becoming licensed).I just want you to be able to make an informed decision re: post-licensing class requirements if you opt out of taking the state exam.

That is certainly one way to get around the fact that marketing properties you do not own is illegal unless you are a licensee.

A real estate sales license does not enable that licensee in CA to create or facilitate loan docs.Lastly, what if the buyer fails to perform, causes damage to the home, and you end up going over a year without monthly payments (which in CA can easily take place, ask me how I know!).

Heck, in most jurisdictions you need a license to cut hair when you start offering services to the public.The fact is, generally, within any specific RE office, Sales or PM, only the licensees can perform those RE activities.
