Passed my IL RE exam, now I need a sponsoring broker

I just passed my IL RE exam on 4/25/16. I am looking for a RE broker to sponsor me who is in the Gurnee, IL area. I plan to use my license mostly for my own investments, but may do some RE sales on the side in the future.

- Does anyone suggest a good RE broker to sponsor an investor in the Gurnee area?

- What are some of the options I should look for regarding the best commission & fee structure for a licensee who will be mostly investing?

- What kind of training should I look for as well?

Any guidance is appreciated!
