@Charlie Fitzgerald you are right I talked to a lender I have used in the past and he says that they would only loan 80% of value. 

@Charlie DiLisioWe have the room for a 40" two sink vanity and I can make the existing plumbing work.We have a time constraint (driven by cash flow) which is why we are not adding a 2nd bathroom.

Then people seem to differ in opinions.It is interesting that @Charlie Fitzgerald l says highest balance first if rates are the same, @Joe Villeneuve says smallest balance, @Eric Tan likes paying the shorter term first.

There is the BP Meetup next Wednesday at 7pm at Anna Liffeys in Fairfield, and Charlie's Corner which is a weekly breakfast meetup at Valencia in Norwalk every Thursday mornings at 7.
