Hello, my name is Matt and I am in the very early stages of REI. I live near Buffalo, NY, and am considering getting into the rental area mainly as a supplement to retirement. I am in the research phase and hope to find a multifamily (currently looking for a duplex) within a year to get started. I have a 9-5 and three kids which makes things a little challenging (owner occupied off the table), but I am very excited to join a community with so much positive energy and information. I look forward to connecting with you all and absorbing as much information as I can handle!
