When you post something in certain categories, you may quickly receive inquiries asking to send you a code "so they can make sure your real" or have you email them. this is a major scam.

There are too many scams out there and you are investing a lot of money when buying a place not to walk through it.

Yes, it does sound reasonable but be ware of scams like refinance terms, prepayment fee, and other issues.

Are others seeing this as a scam or more of a commitment of their services well known in the industry from other mortgage brokers? 

She's made me very nervous and it seems like she's somehow running a scam on me.
