You want to build your podcast and book knowledge on top of real-life humans who may open opportunities to you as your consistently show up for events.

For the past couple of days, I've been listening to a lot of podcasts, and doing my research on BP (yes, analysis again).

He must have recorded 300-500 podcasts in MF and mindset and success, so he's not hard to get to know--he and Joe Fairless seem to be the leaders in podcasting.

BP is awesome with so many great podcast episodes on starting out plus the books they have are amazing!

So far, I’ve been learning via reading and listening to podcasts daily for the past few months along with saving majority of my income from work to go towards my first future down payment. 

We did a series of tax tips for real estate investors on our podcast last December, and this was one of the things we discussed with the CPA we had on. 

I (Dillon Duffy) have been working on a building for a few weeks now and listening to Bigger Pockets podcast and videos on YouTube and trying to self learn how to navigate through this exciting but stressful project.I purchased my current home in May 2021 for 156k.

Been brainwashing myself with BuggerPockets pod casts (which are awesome) from YT for last 3 months but wanted to confirm no way around the real estate professional designation.  

After listening to the podcast for over a year and finally graduating from college with no debt, I think it is time to take my first step into buying my first property by the end of 2024!

I came across a random podcast talking about FL's market crashing due to inflated cost with too low of a demand, along with refusal to cover storm/hurricane from insurance agency ( I admit I haven't researched the truth behind this one), assuming it pushes owners/investors to go to private thirds at a massive premium.
