If your units have garages you’re better off offering a flat rate charge to install 14-50 receptacles in the garage. 

Your accountants will love you and hate you as they love you because they will charge you a fortune but despise you when you do not put money in and out properly. 

My regular LOC is charging 7% today without points but it changes daily.

The reality is the opposite - if it's not in writing then the PMC doesn't have to provide the service or can charge extra for it!
