I would like to address some of your concerns.The monthly capital expenses are your water, sewer, and trash $4446 for the year which is the 370.5 you see in monthly expenses.The property is defiantly in an A neighborhood within a half mile of the best/largest high school in the area.

Go with BofA or Chase, they have the largest daily/monthly transfer limits and lowest fees IMO if you have enough in your account to be a preferred member.

So we (North Americans) are sitting on the largest reserves in the World of an efficient, clean burning, and cost effective fuel source (Natural Gas) and the politicians response is to ban using it.Only in government folks.
